Western blot analysis of TGM4 using TGM4 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-37895) (1 µg/mL) in staining of HeLa lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
Western blot of Transglutaminase 4 in HeLa lysate was performed using 35 µg protein in RIPA buffer. Lysates were probed with a Transglutaminase 4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-37895) at a dilution of 1 µg/mL and incubated for 1 hour, followed by chemiluminescent detection.
